Halloween Face

I’m learning as a blogger make-up and pictures go hand and hand.

I had the rule of thumb that I didn’t need make-up.

I have pretty good skin and that is what should show in my photos.

The issue is as an extremely amateur photographer, sometimes my shots don’t convey what I’d hoped for…especially when it comes to facial expressions.

I am alone in this, my passion, so I need all the help I can get.

I couldn’t help but notice how making one’s face up can define the features.

So taking myself out on a date for a couple of hours was the PERFECT way to dabble in a make-up look.

I knew what would be helpful was buying a pallet that was already constructed to take the guess-work out of my eye look.

I also wanted to try a new foundation.

I have the good stuff, but a well-matching drugstore brand can help one salvage their department store make-up.

This is how my look came out…

Not bad for an amature.
