If you live in a relatively small town as I do, you
experienced (or could imagine) the utter SHOCK when the local Forever 21 closed it’s doors for OVER a
MONTH to remodel.
Of course word travels FAST but it
may not always be as accurate as when it first came “from the horses mouth.”
At 7:48 am I received a text that Forever 21 was opening
it’s doors and giving away $500 gift cards to the first 500 customers!
I live down the street from the mall so I threw on some
clothes, grabbed my carry-all with my camera in tow and set out to get a piece of the
action.
I discovered later that the gift cards were going out to the
first 200 customers and I was the 92nd!
I also later found out the store was actually gifting cards
ranging from $10.00, &20.00 and $210.00!
So NONE of the first 200 left empty-handed! I was excited
because I NEVER win anything in events like this!
Not only this, but the store was also hosting a special
drawing for customers who registered on a website specifically for this event, for a chance
to win one of two outfits! After you registered, you also received a coupon for
10% off a purchase of $40 or more. You could also use your gift card for even
more savings!
This day made my week! Annnd I was able to share it with my
lovely friends!
Shout-out to Ayissa & Rocio for shopping with me and
especially Ayissa for tipping me off to a great event to cover on the BLOG!
Stay Tuned for an outfit post featuring my purchase with my

My daughter's love that store. They practically live there.
ReplyDeleteThat's cool! They have things for the grown and sexy crowd too. The clothes are also inexpensive but GREAT quality for the price!
ReplyDeletelooks like it was worth the wait!
